Andrew M. Winick
Mr. Winick's practice consists of a wide variety of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense, employment and commercial litigation, product liability, and constitutional and civil rights claims. Before joining the firm, Mr. Winick was associated with the law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP and previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Moylan, Jr., Associate Judge of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. (retired)
