David M. Sheehan
Mr. Sheehan is a founding member of the firm. He has practiced law since 1971 and is admitted to the bars of Maryland, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. He is a graduate of Boston College and Georgetown University School of Law.
He has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was appointed the first Chief Legal Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in Maryland and was awarded the Attorney General's Exceptional Service Award.
Mr. Sheehan was a litigation partner in a large Baltimore law firm, and then became a named principal in a fifteen lawyer Baltimore law firm. He has served on the faculty of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and MICPEL, has served on the adjunct faculty of the Institute for Politics, Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and has served on the adjunct faculty of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Mr. Sheehan's practice includes general corporate representation, complex transactions, and litigation matters for a broad spectrum of businesses in real estate, health care, development and construction.
