Sherita D. Harrison
Ms. Harrison is an associate of the firm and practices in the areas of business and corporate law with an emphasis on municipal finance and commercial, banking and real estate transactions. Ms. Harrison is skilled in the drafting of commercial loan documents and related documents for quasi-public agencies and banking institutions and has served as co-bond counsel for Maryland Industrial Development Financing Authority. Ms. Harrison is also responsible for a wide variety of litigation matters including bankruptcy, foreclosures, collections, business disputes and commercial matters which includes asset recovery operations, workouts, lender loan transactions, levies and UCC-related matters.
Ms. Harrison was admitted to practice in 2000. Her experience has included the representation of large institutional clients such as Baltimore Community Development Financing Corporation, Maryland Industrial Development Financing Authority, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Development Credit Fund, Inc., First Mariner Bank and Allfirst Bank.
